Due to recent growth, Motivation Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic Support Officer / Youth Worker who is passionate about helping young people succeed in one of Australia's most unique programs.
About Us
Motivation Foundation was established to support young Western Australians in developing skills and gaining employment in the Civil Construction and Mining sectors. Since 2008, we’ve helped hundreds of young people transition into the workforce by equipping them with the skills, behaviours, and confidence industry demands.
We work with high school students and young people disengaged from mainstream education, providing nationally recognised training and hands-on experience through our Try-A-Trade program.
