SuperCom's IoT division is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Support Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day.

The position includes:

  • Device Configuration and Equipment Management - Ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of devices, including managing equipment supply chains and stock levels.
  • Data Analysis and Process Improvement - Analyze customer concerns and service requests to identify trends and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Knowledge Management - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases, ensuring easy access to solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • New Version Releases - Partner with the development team to test and implement new software versions, guaranteeing seamless updates for customers.
  • Customer and Partner Training - Deliver effective training sessions, empowering customers and partners to utilize our solutions effectively.
  • Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in support operations or a technical role
  • Experience with Business-to-Government (B2G) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner.
  • Experience with tech support tools like Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in SQL querying and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
