Our fabulous #TeamWeavers is on the lookout for a caring and motivated female* colleague to them as a Support Practitioner on a permanent part-time (21 hours per week) basis.
The Role
As a Support Practitioner, you'll support the individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, support to activities and appointments, managing personal finances, assisting with medication and personal care.
The lady you will be supporting has a passion for anything and everything performing arts including music, dancing and drama. When not getting in touch with her creative side, she enjoys being outdoors exploring or taking a trip to the gym and swimming.
