You’ll provide remote technical support to quickly diagnose and resolve fire‑related maintenance issues, acting as the first line of support for the Fire Technical Manager and field teams. Throughout your work, you’ll prioritise safety, efficiency, cost‑conscious decision‑making, and the wellbeing of colleagues, customers, and communities.
