Support Specialist (Customer Service & Collections) – Remote
Join Savvy Loans , a fast-growing fintech company, as a Support Specialist . Work fully remote (Texas/US hours) helping customers via phone, email, and chat. Manage loan applications, account inquiries, and collections professionally and empathetically.
This position requires availability to work 9AM-6PM CST to align with our Texas/US timezone operations.
What you'll do:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries
Demonstrate conversational English proficiency for effective customer communication
Assist customers with loan applications and account questions
Manage collections inquiries with empathy and compliance
Escalate complex issues to the right teams
Keep accurate and timely records of all interactions
