Job Description

iDecisionGames is seeking a Support Specialist to help our global clients succeed. You'll handle email support, manage Zoom calls, demo our platform, write blog posts, and take on new projects as you grow.

What you'll do:

  • Respond to user emails and provide live support on Zoom
  • Demo the product to new users
  • Write clear blog posts and support content
  • Collaborate with our team and expand into new responsibilities

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent English (written & spoken) — must be confident on calls and in writing
  • Comfortable presenting software to new users
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
  • Available during EST business hours and a few hours on weekends for email responses
