Role Overview

DigiAssets is hiring a dedicated Support Specialist & Knowledge Base Administrator to assist with customer support and documentation management. This remote, full-time position will focus on providing outstanding support while creating and managing valuable resources for users of our real estate software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master all software features and provide expert assistance to customers
  • Respond to incoming queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Create user-friendly documentation such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and tutorial videos
  • Produce screen recordings to showcase key software functions
  • Enhance the knowledge base by analyzing common user issues
  • Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution and escalations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer support activities
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal workflows and processes
