Provide day-to-day L1/L2 support for Problem, Change and Incident Management tasks for the service in compliance with defined processes.

Identify, handle, analyze, and resolve issues and requests raised by stakeholders and clients.

Perform systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors, monitoring, automation, and testing systems performance.

Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives.

Monitor Azure Data Factory (ADF) Pipelines and check the correctness of data downloading.

Participate in the development or deployment of new features or enhancements to production.
