We are looking for proactive and customer-oriented individuals to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving issues from both merchants and end users, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience. The role requires quick thinking, high responsiveness, and excellent communication skills, as some issues will need to be resolved on the spot.
