Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative support in our fast-paced work environment.
- Filing tasks management including organization, categorization, and retrieval of documents.
- Effective phone coverage responsibilities ensuring prompt response to calls and messages from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Beyond the core duties mentioned above we require an individual with strong communication skills who can maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proficiency with digital tools is also expected as this role will involve extensive use of software applications for record-keeping, data entry, email management etc.
The selected candidate must be able to perform these functions efficiently while working collaboratively with others toward common goals.
