• We are looking for a Sr. Team Lead for an application support team in charge of monitoring and troubleshooting high availability services in AWS.

About the Role.

Responsibilities.

• Lead a team of around 10 people technically and mentoring them.
• Be able to do engineering and support activities such as: Read logs, troubleshoot software issues, provide solutions, work with a team, able to cover different shifts according to team's needs, willing to eventually and often cover weekend.

Required Skills.

+5 years of experience:

• Java EE / J2EE
• Amazon web services (AWS).
• Alert Basic Monitoring Troubleshooting.
• English Advanced.
• Able to write a good email and/or document.

Required Languages.

• English Advanced.

Possible Job location(s)

• Hybrid Model: Aguascalientes or Monterrey.
