Job Description:

  • We are seeking a customer service representative to respond to inquiries from the US and other international locations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To provide full English communication skills in responding to customer calls and emails.
  • No IT experience nor educational background required for this position, as it is focused on Business Process Services (BPS).

In addition to providing excellent customer service, our ideal candidate will be proficient in English, available for full-time work in rotational shifts with 9 hours per shift. Our team members enjoy a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development opportunities within TCS.
