Job Description

Skydance is seeking a critical-thinking, adaptable professional to join its IT Department in a help desk role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively support users at all levels of the organization - including executives, artists, and administrative staff. This role requires the flexibility to respond to a wide range of help desk requests, as well as a proactive, self-motivated approach to maintaining and supporting the overall health of the company’s digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Provide troubleshooting support for macOS and Windows workstations within a mixed-network environment, with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and support more advanced systems across the organization
