Support to Piloting Quality Assurance, within the product engineering metiers, for projects and serial life in the powertrain area. Act as support for the global representative of the Quality and Customer Satisfaction Department to the Powertrain Project Director throughout the entire lifecycle of powertrain components.
Define and deploy quality and customer satisfaction targets for development projects, ensuring that commitments made align with these targets.
Establish and decide on the quality milestones to be applied to projects, along with the required deliverables at each milestone; communicate these expectations to project stakeholders.
