Support Worker- Aged Care Worker

As a Community Support Worker (Aged Care Worker), you will provide respectful, person‑centred in‑home support to older people living in the community under the Support at Home program. Working primarily on a one‑to‑one basis, you will deliver services autonomously in clients’ homes, following individual care plans and organisational policies.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication assistance (where trained)
