As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference to people's lives as you improve their daily living skills. Support Workers are matched to the person they support based on shared preferences and compatible personalities, creating a bespoke core team. You will be primarily supporting a 31‑year‑old gentleman with Autism and Epilepsy who thrives on routine and has a clear sense of how he likes things to be done.
