Job Description
We are seeking passionate Support Workers to provide personalized care for adults with Learning Disabilities in Northwich.
These permanent roles involve supporting individuals aged 20-80 in daily activities, promoting dignity, independence, and personal development.
Positions offer flexible shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties, with competitive pay (£12.60-£18.90/hour plus sleep-in rate) and benefits such as training, pension, wellbeing support, discounts, and guaranteed contracts.
Responsibilities include creating a warm environment, supporting personal goals, participating in activities, assisting with household tasks, and medication administration.
Applicants should have relevant experience, a full UK driving license (preferred), and be committed to a person-centered approach. Full training and development opportunities are provided.
Work is in person, with a supportive team led by senior management.
