About the Role

As a Community Support Worker at Avondalecare, you will provide essential support to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, substance misuse and/or autism spectrum disorders (ASD) within their local communities. Your role is to enable these individuals to live independently, achieve their personal goals, and engage in meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life.

You will work closely with individuals to help them develop life skills, build confidence, and maintain their independence, fostering a positive and inclusive community experience.
