We're on the lookout for passionate Male Support Workers to join our vibrant, heart-led team at our SIL House in LOGAN/ ORMEAU/ GOLD COAST supporting a female participant living with dementia!

What We're Looking For:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or equivalent)
OR hands-on experience working with vulnerable people
Experience supporting individuals with dementia and complex needs
A big heart, positive vibes, and a passion for empowering others

Must have experience working with people with complex behaviors
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends & overnight shifts
NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and Driver's Licence (ready to roll!)

What You'll Be...
