What you’ll do

  • Support person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them;

  • Join customers in the community and do recreational activities;

  • Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointments;
