Support Worker – Children's Supported Accommodation (Ofsted-Regulated)

Location: (Kettering)
Salary: £13 per hour
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Shift work (including evenings, weekends & sleep-ins)

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation service for children and young people aged (e.g. 16–18). Our service provides a safe, supportive environment where young people are encouraged to develop independence, resilience, and life skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about safeguarding, child-centred care, and making a positive difference in young people's lives.
