About This Role

Working within our SIL (Supported Independent Living) homes, you will provide support, assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible. In this role you will be supporting clients that require sensitive manners and understanding complex behaviours. You will be empathetic and have strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for a Support Worker with a heart for people to join us for permanent hours of 50 per fortnight at our Residential SIL home based in Cannonvale, QLD.
