The Mead is a welcoming CQC‑registered residential home in a peaceful location close to local amenities. Our team provides 24‑hour support, ensuring residents always feel safe, supported and valued. Each resident has a dedicated key worker who gets to know them, champions their wellbeing and helps them work towards their personal goals.
What you will do and achieve as a Support Worker:
I empower people affected by mental illness to rebuild confidence, strengthen independence, and reconnect with their communities. Through focused, recovery‑based support, I help individuals set meaningful goals, overcome barriers, and access the resources they need to move forward and create lasting positive change.
