Activated Concepts is a community-based specialist clinical provider in the mental health and NDIS space. We also offer a variety of other services, including but not limited to, family support services and clinical training. We are highly regarded for our leadership in trauma-informed practice, and have partnerships with NSW Health, the NSW Department of Justice, the University of Newcastle, and large employee assistance providers.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Activated Support Workers provide trauma-informed, and person-centered care to participants to support them live a fulfilling and meaningful life in their own community.
