Support Worker
Location: Sherwood, Nottingham
Hours: Full time.12 hour shifts, working across 7 days days and nights Weekends included in all shift patterns. 12 hour shifts consist of 7-15:19:30, 09:15-21:30 or 19:15-07:30

We are now recruiting for a Support Worker on a full time basis to work with adults with mental health problems, learning disabilities and autism based in Sherwood. We are looking for candidates that have a real passion to support others along with delivering the highest standards of care. The ideal candidates will adopt a professional approach to our tenants care at all times whilst establishing relationships with tenants and their carers.
