Support Worker Part Time

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our supportive team on a part‑time basis (15–20 hours per week, negotiable) . The role involves caring for people with disability during overnight and weekend shifts in their home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with transfers using a hoist (experience preferred; training will be provided).
• Support participants overnight to ensure comfort and safety.
• Build trusting, caring relationships through consistent, compassionate support.
