We are now recruiting for a Support Worker to join our friendly well-established teams at our Residential service in Dereham, Norfolk. 

Roles are permanent, with part & full time contracts available for up to 37.5 hours. We are offering Support Workers in Dereham £12.25 per hour/ £23,888 per annum FTE, there is a 20p per hour enhancement for Weekend shifts.

We support 6 individuals in our home. Each individual is provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs, be that complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.

Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in the range of activities and wellbeing events we provide. You will often find yourself out on offsite activities, day trips and holidays. Some examples of community activities include Horse Riding, bowling, swimming and music lessons.
