Support Worker

Here at Avondale Lodge in Redcar, we support residents who have a range of needs such as autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours. Our aim is to assist them in their daily lives to develop new life skills, achieve their ambitions and goals, and for them to continue to be valued members of the community.

We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:

  • £12.60 per hour.

  • 30 hours per week. Shifts will include days, long days, and evenings.

  • You will be available to work waking nights and sleep-ins when required to cover annual leave. Will involve working weekends and bank holidays. Full flexibility is needed.
