As a Support Worker, your role will be both varied and rewarding. Typical duties include:
Delivering person-centred care in line with daily care plansAdministering medication safely and accuratelySupporting with personal care and hygieneAssisting at mealtimes and encouraging healthy routinesPromoting independence and wellbeing among residentsEnsuring a clean and safe living environment What We’re Looking For
