Support Worker - Rusthall

Role Responsibility

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Team at Rusthall residential service in the village of Rusthall near Tunbridge Wells.

Rusthall offers overnight short break stays for up to five people with learning disabilities and complex needs from the age of sixteen and upwards, giving them and their caregiver a break. Its a really rewarding role and due to the service offering short breaks you get to know lots of different people who come at stay at Rusthall, every stay is different.

As a support worker at Rusthall, you will make a difference to the lives of the people who come to stay with us. You will help them to enjoy their break, engage in meaningful activities, and achieve their goals. You will also support them with their personal care, medication, and health needs, as well as maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for them.
