We are looking for a Support worker required to work with a 60-year-old gentleman living on his own in the Sherbourne area. Our client was involved in a road traffic accident in 2014 which resulted in an acquired brain injury.
Our client continues to experience cognitive difficulties because of his injuries-notably challenges with initiation, information processing, organisation and memory and requires 1;1 support to live safely at home. The role largely involves the delivery of domestic support, assistance to attend hydrotherapy and social & leisure outings, enabling him to be as independent as possible.<...
