Support Worker Needed: Make a Lasting Impact in Sarah's Life
Are you compassionate, dedicated, and eager to make a real difference in someone's life? We are looking for a special individual to support Sarah*, a wonderful person with multiple learning and physical disabilities.
In this role, you'll could be helping Sarah* to live her fullest, most independent life. Sarah loves swimming and enjoys going out, particularly on local outings. You’ll help her with daily activities, including medication management, washing hair or using the bathroom, and feeding (including support with a PEG tube). But it's not just about the practical aspectsit's about creating joyful experiences for Sarah every day.
