About
the Role:
These Support Worker positions are offered on a casual basis, allowing for a flexible
work schedule that can accommodate your commitments and lifestyles.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Providing support to improve independence by assisting with living skills,
transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.
- Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families,
caregivers, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the development or implementation of client care plans

You are punctual, friendly, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. You
are invested in providing the highest quality in disability services and are
competent in working with people with a disability.

Requirements:
- Qualification in Disability, Community
Services, Individual Support or equivalent relevant experience 
- Valid NSW Drivers C class license, with the ability to drive vehicles in
license class, including large cars and vans.
- Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of client support,
including the capacity to lift 10kgs unassisted.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other common computer based systems.

Desirable:
- Experience in disabilities or mental health conditions
- Advanced knowledge of services and programs under NDIS
- Strong Understanding of Person-Centered Practices.
