1 - 3 Waking Nights per week

Hourly rate - £14.44 per hour (base rate of £13.13 with a 10% enhancement for nights, this will be paid a month in arrears)



Discovery is looking for caring Waking Night Support Workers in Williton to support people throughout the night, ensuring the appropriate support is given in line the risk assessment and support plan whist also carrying out a number of key allocated tasks.

The role may involve tasks such as:

  • Carrying out “keeping safe checks” at regular intervals to ensure the people we support are safe and comfortable.
  • Ensure that the environment is clean and sanitary.
  • You will keep written records, using IT systems as required to help you including support plans, incident log and health and safety records.
