Your purpose
You will lead a dedicated team of Independent Living Coaches supporting NDIS participants living in a 24/7 residential home environment to promote independence and autonomy in a community‑based home, suitable to participant individual needs.
The ideal candidate
- Certificate III or above in Individual Support (Disability)
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in supporting people with a disability
- Experience in supervision and monitoring team/staff performance
