Daily Cover Support Teaching Assistant
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Contract: Daily supply / flexible cover
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £90–£105 per day (depending on experience)
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Support Teaching Assistants to provide daily cover in friendly, inclusive primary schools across Hatfield. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in new environments, and is passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
The Role
Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management
Supporting children with additional needs where appropriate
Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
