Manage compliance with the contractual conditions (SLAs) of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Contractors by handling the necessary information, products, and services for their operation.

You will be responsible for controlling and ensuring the availability of all technical documentation related to the networks under maintenance, as well as any other information required for their operation. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the improvement of service quality standards of the Contractors.
