The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Child Development Center (CDC). Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Child Development Center, ensuring that Early Childhood Standards complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Child Development Center with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Responsible for health and safety of children and ensuring that care provided is in compliance with Child Development guidelines. Responsible for daily planning in assigned area.
