Job Description:
**Job Overview**
Supervises the planning, scheduling, setting up, and running of routine and production streams.
**Job Requirements**
+ Planning and execution of received planned orders and ensuring efficient operations to achieve the daily production output.
+ Monitoring priorities, backlogs, breakdowns, and other aspects affecting planned scheduling; participating in finding solutions for repetitive product complaints.
+ Managing the distribution of materials for production. Maintaining labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule.
+ Providing support and training for production personnel. Participating in training, development, and performance management for assigned personnel.
**What your background should look like**
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
