Reports: Prepare/update ppt (a) Monthly measurables/KPI (b) BU highlights (‘c) BU (1pager) capabilities, strategy, HC prog, key-prjs Travel related: Co-ordinate (agenda, travel, food, stay) visitors - affiliates & 3rd part Events related: (a) Support EGR at RMZ (b) Summarise visits & events (‘c) Conduct survey, results & follow-up actions Cost related: Support/review cost allocation to BUs (a1) Consolidate monthly x-chrage from global engg GRIN review & approval for Kalyani/ RMZ General support: e-mail, banner preparation, gifts, flex print, ad-hoc reports, approval follow-up Draft communications for Engg organization announcements, new employee announcement and newsletters.
Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engg preferred)
Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Power ppt and English communication (written & spoken). Position shall interact with affiliates directly.
