Position Summary
The main responsibility of this position is to operate secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) instruments for analysis requests and to deliver high-quality analysis reports in a timely manner to assist with process qualifications, Fab tool qualifications, and improvements in mass production yield. The role involves close collaboration with Fab Engineering and Process Integration teams to understand customer analysis requirements and provide root cause analysis along with data interpretation.
