Role Snapshot

  • Location: Ripon, WI

  • Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am

  • Overtime: Occasional Fridays, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm


Your Impact

  • Lead a finishing area/zone as the first-line supervisor in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Establish and enforce OSHA/EPA-compliant procedures; stay current with evolving regulations.
