Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be an RN with Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.

This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the facility’s operations, processes, and staff. The primary goal is to efficiently provide surgical services that exceed customer expectations while improving clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Three years of experience in a management position in either an ASC or hospital surgical setting.

• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.

• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.

• The Governing Board may determine other qualifications as it sees fit. 

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility.

• Report pertinent facility activities to the Governing Board at regular intervals.

• Appoint a person responsible for the facility in the absence of the Administrator.

• Plan the services provided by the facility and its overall operations.

• Provide overall management as outlined in the Operating or Limited Partnership Agreement, as applicable.

• Lead discussions and presentations during the Monthly Operations Review call with USPI’s Home Office team.
