Required Skills:


  • Valid and current medical license to practice surgery

  • Proven experience in general surgical procedures

  • Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team setting

  • Knowledge of current surgical practices and protocols



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with minimally invasive or laparoscopic surgeries

  • Board certification in general surgery

  • Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

  • At least 3 years of post-residency experience in a clinical setting

  • Active surgical license in relevant state jurisdictions

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including potential travel or on-call responsibilities

  • Commitment to maintaining ongoing professional development and certifications

  • Background check and healthcare-related certifications as mandated
