This administrative role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all aspects of surgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative appointments, obtaining authorizations, and ensuring equipment and co-surgeons are aligned prior to surgery. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule surgeries for the Pediatric Orthopedic team, including coordination of operating room time and surgical team availability • Obtain and document insurance authorizations and clearances required for procedures • Schedule and confirm pre-op and post-op patient appointments. • Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) needs before surgery • Liaise with multiple departments and surgeons to c...
