The Northern Light Health Surgical Tech Earn & Learn program consists of the following benefits:

1. Employees accepted into the Surgical Tech Earn & Learn program will be awarded full tuition, books, fees and supplies paid for the Surgical Tech program offered through Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) starting in August .
2. During the sponsorship timeframe, Northern Light Health will pay for the employee to attend class, labs, and study up to 24 hours per week.
