UPMC Community Osteopathic is hiring a full-time Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated operating room team. This position is primarily day shift including weekends, holidays, and on-call requirements.
In this role, you will support the surgical team by preparing and maintaining a sterile operating environment, passing instruments, sponges, and sutures during procedures, assisting with equipment setup and room turnover, managing special trays and graft materials, and ensuring operating rooms are properly stocked and ready for use. You may also be responsible for documenting patient-related data during procedures.
