Surgical Technologist – $5K Sign-On + $5K Relocation | Central Nebraska

A hospital west of Fremont, NE is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join their team!

Surgical Technologist Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: Competitive based on years of experience
  


• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  


• Relocation Assistance: $5,000
  

Surgical Technologist Opportunity:

• Full-Time | Day Shift | 4x9s or 3x12s 
  


• 36 hours/week minimum
  

Surgical Technologist Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced sterile techniques and serve as the primary scrub for surgical services
  


• Assist with delegated nursing duties within scope of practice
  


• Support case pulls, inventory, and supply management
  


• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism
  

Surgical Technologist Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited scrub tech program
  


• BLS required
  


• CST certification preferred (not required)
