Surveillance Inspector

Summary About the Position: This position serves as an Ammunition Surveillance Inspector conducting functions and duties in support and accomplishment of the Quality Assurance, Ammunition Surveillance Program for the safety, logistics, serviceability and reliability of ammunition/explosives and associated operations. Responsibilities Conduct physical inspections of inbound and outbound empty and loaded transportation assets and conveyances (trucks and vehicles) provided for shipment for compliance prior to loading. Inspect, monitor and evaluate loading process, and conduct inspection of loaded containers/pallets for compliance with specific item technical loading drawing requirements. Inspect small arms ammunition to ensure segregation of ball and blank ammunition.
