Survey Project Manager

Survey Project Manager leads field and office operations for construction layout projects from initial control networks through final as-built verification. This role bridges design intent and on-site execution, ensuring horizontal and vertical control, staking, and as-built documentation are delivered with absolute accuracy, with direct supervision of crews, budgets, and schedules. The PM is the primary technical liaison between
our company, general contractors, trade partners, and public agencies for all survey-related layout activities.



Project Execution & Technical Oversight



Pre-Construction Coordination:

Attend pre-construction meetings; review construction approved plans, and specs to develop survey control plans, layout strategies, and sequencing.

o Establish primary and secondary control networks (horizontal and vertical) using best-fit least-squares adjustments and maintain throughout the project lifecycle.
